Can i get a refund or make a exchange?

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
 Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Can i track my order?

All customers receive a shipping and order confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the tracking number. 

We usually ship orders within 2 business days. Orders are tracked within the US with USPS, international orders are also tracked. 

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already shipped please contact us and use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at admin@ko-powernutrition.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.

When will i receive my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 3-5 business days for ground shipping  We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays.
If your order has not arrived within the above mentioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

I do not live in USA or Canada can i place an order?

Yes. We ship worldwide! Except France, due to France's restrictions Please view our terms for specific details.

We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly.

Can I take your products in combination with my prescription medication? Your pharmacist or prescribing physician is the best person to provide information on potential interactions between dietary supplements and medications.  Please contact him or her to discuss the use of  products in combination with your medication.
